We stand behind the HydroBlast Pro™. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund — no interrogation, no restocking fees.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note on why it didn't work out (helps us improve — optional).
- We'll reply within 24 hours (business days) with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging where possible. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return shipping required.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard 30-day return process applies.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take a few days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund, contact us and we'll chase it with the payment processor.
