By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.
Orders and payment
All prices are shown in USD and include the displayed discount at time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors); in that case you'll be refunded in full. An order confirmation email does not guarantee availability — in the rare case an item is out of stock, we'll notify you and refund immediately.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date.
Product use and safety
- The HydroBlast Pro™ is designed for domestic cleaning of vehicles, patios, outdoor gear and similar surfaces. It is not an industrial paint-stripping tool.
- Never point the spray at people, animals' faces, or electrical outlets/equipment.
- Follow the included quick-start guide for battery charging and storage. Use only the supplied charger.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Warranty
In addition to the 30-day guarantee, the product is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, unauthorized modification, or normal wear (e.g. hose abrasion).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product or website.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, videos, branding — belongs to HydroBlast Pro™ or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
